Control Systems R&D - At Electro Standards Laboratories, we dedicate our efforts to the development of high perfomance SRM-based solutions for various automotive applications including traction and starter/generator. Our 42-volt/12-volt SRM-based test bed along with the programmable load used for research and development in the area of automotive application is pictured. Our ongoing investigations include applications such as starter/generators, sensorless control, electro hydraulic assisted power steering, and sensorless electric pumps for harsh environments. |
